Guided Tours

A selection of guided tours are available to choose from to tailor your groups visit, including a Royal Dockyard tour, our popular ‘Call the Midwife’ locations tour and brand new for 2020, our Women of the Dockyard tour, which will for the first time tell untold stories of female roles at The dockyard over the past 400 years.

With two cafes to choose from, groups are able to either purchase food at their own leisure or choose from one of our menu’s for a delicious pre-booked group lunch.

This exhibition offers a genuinely ground-breaking and comprehensive history of British tattooing featuring cutting edge designers, leading academics and major private collectors to tell a story that challenges long-standing myths and pre-conceptions about tattooing. 

Diving Deep: HMS Invincible 1744

18th July – 8th November 2020

In partnership with The National Museum of the Royal Navy. The Historic Dockyard Chatham is the first venue to host this immersive exhibition showcasing objects and findings from the Diving Deep: HMS Invincible 1744 archaeological excavation.
