Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is located at the foot of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain, and the path to the summit starts almost from the front door. The youth hostel has a comfortable lounge with Wi-Fi, spacious bathrooms and a good sized dining room for eating in or socializing. Accommodating groups, families and independent travellers from around the world, Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is never without a great atmosphere.


Rooms
We have 91 beds configured in a range of room sizes from 2-16 bedded rooms. All the rooms have spectacular mountain views.

Reasons to stay
The youth hostel is conveniently situated close to the end of Scotland's most famous long distance walk, the West Highland Way, and only three miles from the start of the Great Glen Way. The area is regularly host to the World Mountain Bike Championships and has biking routes for all abilities in the vicinity. Open all year, Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is a great base for winter sports as well as summer activities and nearby Fort William offers a good selection of bars and restaurants. Whether for hiking, skiing, biking or simply touring, the surrounding area of Lochaber is simply stunning.
