It’s so wonderful to see the pictures and stories of places reopening recently; we’re super excited for our reopening, and we’re delighted to say that we’re hoping to be able to reopen our doors on Saturday 22 May!
Reopening - Saturday 22 May:
We’ll be reopening with Project What If; the first major science centre exhibition based on the curiosity of a city. You’ll find our ground floor transformed into a space where art and science meet, with 68 new exhibits and 25 art pieces themed around seven very different questions.
Tickets will be going on sale next week - Members can buy tickets from 10am Wed 21, and non-Members from 10am Thurs 22 April.
We’re reopening with a rolling programme of activities running throughout the venue – including in new Project What If spaces ‘Open City Lab’ and ‘Theatre of Curiosity’, all activities themed around ‘A Better World Is Possible’. Listings information will follow on that next week.
COVID-safe venue - our spaces are all COVID-safe, we’re significantly limiting numbers in our venue, we’ve enhanced our cleaning schedule, you’ll see some new signage around the space and some of our activities will be operating with smaller numbers. Full FAQs can be found here.
