Owned by Essex County Council, the Jaywick Martello Tower at Belsize Avenue, Jaywick, is an arts, heritage and community space with the ground floor housing an exhibition on the tower’s history, the first floor a temporary arts space and the roof providing a reading room and replica cannon to help bring the tower to life.
