Set in the heart of beautiful, historic Lincoln, the castle has stood for generations as a symbol of wealth and power. From the enclosed grounds and towering medieval wall walk to the history-making Magna Carta and depths of the Victorian prison, the castle's history has been researched, re-interpreted and revealed to give you an immersive experience of one of England’s most fascinating and rich historical sites. In 2016 The Castle will be hosting The Tower of London Poppies: Wave by Paul Cummins, artist and Tom Piper, designer, from 28th May to 4th September.
