Whatever you choose the Lincolnshire Coast can suit every need.

The areas largest resort, is renowned as one of the country’s top seaside destinations. Skegness seafront buzzes with funfair excitement, but the tranquil and picturesque Compass and Tower Gardens offer a quiet place to sit and watch the world go by. The Embassy theatre offers you the opportunity to see the stars on stage every night of the week.

At nearby Ingoldmells, both Butlins and Fantasy Island offer groups a great day out with lots of entertainment, activities and rides to thrill even the bravest thrill seeker, not to mention Europe’s largest market open to the public.

With its two mile stretch of golden blue flag beaches it is the perfect place to spend those long summer days.  There is plenty on offer in Mablethorpe, from the seal sanctuary and Loewen Cinema at the North end, to the central promenade home to the fun of the fair, finishing at the southern end of the town, the idyllic boating lake is surrounded by traditional beach huts.

If you’re looking for quaint holiday charm then look no further than Chapel St Leonards, Sandilands and Sutton on Sea, all tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. These villages are home to clean sand and quality locally produced food and drink in the restaurants and pubs. The famous Bateman’s brewery and its visitor centre is located in Wainfleet.

Discover a hidden coastline away from the fun resorts. One of the largest unspoilt areas of coastline in Eastern England; this is the place for nature lovers and birdwatchers. Gently sloping sand dunes hug mile upon mile of sand offering a hidden coast where nature comes alive. Much of this stretch of coastline is classified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, making it internationally important as one of the country’s very best wildlife habitats.  Exploring the coastal settlements of Saltfleetby, Moggs Eye, Gibraltar Point, Donna Nook and Anderby Creek offers the chance to visit some of the UK’s best nature spotting reserves first hand. The Lincolnshire Coastal Country park supports a rich variety of habitats and wildlife.

The Lincolnshire Coast isn’t just a coast for summer. As summer slips into winter, vast mud flats attract wintering wading birds and open sandbanks create a natural breeding ground for grey seals. The changings seasons give us the chance to show off the different sides to the Lincolnshire Coast with it’s big open skies and stunning natural scenery.
