Tudor World is an award-winning museum set within a beautiful Tudor building in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. The museum depicts the good, bad and ugly of Tudor life, which the visitor can experience for themselves - sit at a Tudor dining table; lay in a four poster bed, perch on the throne; try writing with a quill; or go in the stocks! From Tudor taverns, to plague and poo, discover how life was for the masses in the sixteenth century. The museum has a thriving LOtC approved full educational programme for school groups and also provides history tours of the museum; a Walking Tour of Stratford with William Shakespeare live and in person and even spooky ghost tours for groups of 25 or more.
