The Manx Electric Railway is the longest narrow gauge line in the British Isles. Completed in 1899 the line operates between the Capital Douglas and the Northern Seaside resort of Ramsey through breathtaking scenery of the east coast of the island. The tramway still runs with its original rolling stock, with some trams being over 100 years old and still in working condition.
