Learn about the previously untold tales of family life, changing fortunes and legends, and see delicate objects such as the beautifully embroidered 18th-century waistcoat and other clothes.

Georgian Life and Jane Austen
After a welcoming cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, join our guides as they bring The Vyne to life in Georgian times, when Jane Austen visited the family and Caroline Wiggett, who was a real-life Fanny Price and possible inspiration for the heroine in her novel Mansfield Park.
