Few events can rival the intensity, drama and spectacle on offer at the RNAS Yeovilton International Air Day. As one of the Southwest’s largest one day events, it will return this summer on Saturday 7 July with an action-packed day out for all the family. Alongside the thrilling five hour flying display there’s plenty to see and do on the ground too – so whether a wide-eyed first timer or seasoned air show veteran, Air Day is an incredible experience for everyone.
The spectacular flying display will feature fast jets, historic warbirds, classic jets, helicopters, formation display teams, aerobatics and will culminate with the unique world renowned Commando Assault Finale featuring troops, aircraft and pyrotechnics galore! Our aims are to display the world’s most capable pilots and their aircraft, both in the air and on the ground, and to provide an opportunity to see some magnificent equipment and meet our professional personnel in a family-friendly environment. In the Year of Engineering this is a great chance to inspire the next generation of engineers.
Throughout the day, families will also have the chance to enjoy plenty of entertainment including discounted entry to the Fleet Air Arm Museum, interactive military displays, Royal Marines Band, classic and military vehicle exhibitions, funfair, simulators, helicopter pleasure flights, trade stalls and much more.

1) Notify us of your intention to run an excursion to Air Day by providing your company name, postal and e-mail address, phone number, company website and your designated point of contact. We will add these details to our website for customer referrals.
2) There is no need to reserve tickets in advance. All you have to do is call our Ticket Office on 0330 100 3656 at least 7 days (30 June) before the show and purchase the number of tickets you require at the ‘Coach & Group’ rate.
3) The tickets will be dispatched to you the next day along with a Driver’s Pack which includes, admission ticket, meal ticket and souvenir brochure voucher.
4) Set off on your journey to Air Day and follow the signs for buses as you approach the Air Station. The postcode is BA22 8HT but please ignore the final sat nav directions and follow the signs instead.
